Akrapovic Or Eisenmann?
Hi all! I just ordered my 2013 E92 ///M3 thru Military Sales since I'm stationed in Germany. I'm currently deployed but will be back by spring time and will be taking delivery short after. my first upgrade is the exhaust and want to have it waiting on me for when I get back, I love the sound from the Akrapovic and Eisenmann! Which one ya recommend? Also would like to get quotes from the sponsors on here!!!! Oh by the way I'm putting the car for demo with the dealer and they are giving me 5% off the total price of the car for 3 months or 3,000 miles. Thanks

Are you with ///M Flight? If not and are interested, PM me and I can get you contact info....quite a few perks come with being a member in Germany such as discounts on Eisenmann exhausts!

Depends on what you're after. I went with the Akra because I like the sound and have no tolerance for drone. The Eisenmann comes in a tame street version or a really loud race version. I know a guy with the race version and I can hear him a mile away. I've also seen some problems with the finish flaking off of the Eisenmann's - not sure if that has been addressed or not. This is not much of a concern with the natural ti finish of the Akra.
Another thing to consider is resale value. I don't think you'll have any trouble selling an Akra if you ever decide to cross that road. |

I have eisenmann race made a custom X pipe keeping my primary cats on teh front. Love the sound. It definitely is loud. Quality of both is great. Are you getting the full EVO? Or the section 3 if it going for a full exhaust Akra might be the way to go. Eisenmann only has the section 3.
Good luck buddy! |

I honestly don't know why people are so in love with the rear section of the akra exhaust. it looks good, but you can hardly even hear the exhaust. it's way too quiet. I wouldn't wanna drop $3000+ on an exhaust that I can barely hear..but whatever I guess its just not my cup of tea.
If you want a quiet exhaust, get the akra, if not, get the eisenmann...now the full akra is a different story..
