Lease is too high. Your money factor should be closer to .0014 and your payments on 36 mos. could be as low as mid $700s, but certainly sub $800, especially considering your drive off.

Thanks. Anyone else got a decent price quote from a BMW dealer on a 36 month lease?

Price is good. I just bought for $500 over invoice almost the same car. Never got a lease deal as only wanted to purchase.

I just got mine on a 12k 36/month lease for 839/month 1175 due @ signing with my trade in.

I also had -2k equity on my trade in though.

With that high @ signing everyone else is right, your payments should be around mid 700's.

I was thinking more like high 600's to low 700's for a 36 month lease with 12k miles a year.

Just got a quote on 2013 BMW M3 European Delivery with following options:

Alpine White
Leather/cloth interior
Carbon Leather trim
DCT
Competition Package (with caron fiber roof)

ED price $62500 - 2550 (holiday discounts and other) = $59950 + tax and fees

Is that a good deal or not?
