Install a 3.62 rear diff from an e46m3 into a DCT e9x?

If yes, was it a simple replacement of the gears or were modifications necessary ?

Which parts need to be purchased for the mod?

Why wouldn't you just go to a vendor like Turner Motorsports and buy a 3.62 diff built for the E9x?
