2012=no scoop?

So basically you can only order a 2012 model which doesn't make sense because BMW hasn't even revealed what this model will look like. The best spy shot I could find was on car buzz showing that the new 2012 model will not have a hood scoop can anyone confirm this? Just when I decide to pull the trigger they take out the most beautiful component of the m3!

If anyone has any info regarding whether or not the 2012 model will look the same, please asnwer

2012 is the same model-- the next gen m3 will not be released until 2013 or 2014.

okay I'm taking a educated guess here that the spyshots you are looking at are for the 2014 F8x M3 .. the new one that comes out in two years.

there are hood scoops for the 2012 model. the 2012 is the last year of the e9x series and they have made no fundamental body, aero or engine changes apart from a maybe a few cosmetic ones.

These are the spy shots. Since it talked about the 2012 3 series I figured it was talking about the 2012 m3 spy shots as well

the scoops are for visual only does not affect performance, therefore, it can be added towards the latest stages
