i believe the V4's flicker when turning on and off....which is the reason why I opted to stick with the V3's

I ordered a set of the V4s on Friday and got a USPS tracking number today! Can't wait to get these in, we have a big Cars and Coffee meet next weekend and really want these before.

Lux, do these really have a flicker problem? If so, how bad is it?

Hi Nola - With the M3's they may only flicker when you lock the car, and it will happen for about 1 second only, if it happens.

Just installed mine and a bit of flicker when you lock the car, but I couldn't care less. Great looking lights. I just wish my hands were smaller when installing lights!

Love my LUX! I have had them on my last 3 BMW's with no issues. It took me a year but I finally got around dusting them off and installing the set I had on my previous ride and on to the current M3. A few beers later and a little less skin on my knuckles they look sweet!

Ordered some V4's yesterday, looking forward to getting them installed! I had some V3's on my last M3 and they looked awesome!

One question, does the color temp selector box just stuff inside the light housing? I went through the tutorials on the LUX website but really didn't see anything addressing this...

yes, the little box sits inside the housing tucked away.
