Waiting June PCD

Recently confirmed performance center delivery for late June...seeing who else has an upcoming delivery in Greer. Anyone else picking up June 25th?

Trying to occupy the waiting by looking into some good driving roads for the trip back to NY. Obviously aiming at some tunnel (break-in) "blasting" on the Blue Ridge, but doing more research for some other good roads and combo of photo op locations and decent places to stretch the legs/grab food etc.

Also as an FYI Spartansburg factory is suspending public tours at the end of the month until summer 2014 (assuming tooling up the assembly lines for the new X5 and X4) so if you're waiting for a PCD date expect an IOU from BMWNA on the factory tour.

I did my PCD on 3/27 and drove back to CT. I went west via tail of the dragon. BRP was still closed due to weather.
Good luck and enjoy the day. Drive the M3 they give you as hard as you can. It felt great to go through 1/4 of tank in very short period of time.
I had a great time and am sold on the 2-day ///M for 2014.

What Point is your car in build? I get my PCD dates Next week. I assume its close to that time? My Build is in 2 weeks.

I couldn't get a specific production status as of yesterday, so I'm wondering if it's really started...April 22nd completion is all I have right now.

I got my PCD date 2 days after my status went "into production" from the 800 number hot line.

Production is complete, car is "released to carrier en route to port of exit"
I get the feeling it's going to chill at the docks in Bremerhaven for a few weeks before catching a boat to Charleston port and then chill at VPC for another few weeks before trucking it to Spartansburg.
Wondering if they will get it into the Performance Center early to show off the Individual paint in the showroom

Am I the only one who calls the 800 number daily for status update even though I know it's not gonna change my delivery date?? Reminds me of those ESPN commercials "it's not crazy, it's (insert BMW reference)"

For you guys that have done PCD already, how far in advance did you sign the paperwork for your car? 10 days prior to delivery? 7days?

I did my paperwork on Friday, and I am picking up my M this Thursday the 9th.

The car is in the building. They told me they were moving it Into the showroom today. Let me know if you see it. Tomorrow morning can't come fast enough!

I got the same message today, awaiting my AW 6MT coupe in Atlanta, maybe we will be shipmates!

I placed my order on April 13, luckily things have been moving on schedule so far!

TOMBARRA set sail...M3 not on it next ship leaving port heading to Charleston is INTEGRITY departing 5/13/2013.

www.marinetraffic.com is pretty cool site, although looking at the vessel leaving after INTEGRITY...its phantom. On the schedule for W&W but not showing up...

Fingers crossed for the INTEGRITY
