Private Dragstrip Rental @ Woodburn Dragstrip, Oregon :: Friday, 10/01/10
I have set up another private rental the first week of October. The deposit is paid and we are good to go for some fall racing at one of the fastest dragstrips in the PNW! This time we are renting both lanes!
Track: www.woodburndragstrip.com Cost: $1650 for the first 10-cars, $100/car for each car after. The more that show-up the cheaper per car it gets as we are all splitting this final cost together. Includes: Both lanes (Heads-up Racing!) fully prepped with VHT, Timing/Timeslips, EMT and as many runs as you can make with ample opportunity for cool-down, tweaking, etc. (All NHRA rules apply.) Time: 10am-4pm Date: Friday, October 1st Guests: Guests are welcome if they attend with a participant. Participants: Here is the list of interested participants so far (I’ll update inline as folks confirm and the list grows): 1. Even Money, 2009 C63 2. superlubricity, 2010 C63 3. nrgy, 2008 C63 4. cek, 2010 C63 P31 5. rdl666, 2010 C63 P31 6. B.E.R.U.A.N.G., 2008 C63 7. impulsoren, 2006 M5 8. MoMorg, 2009 G8 GT The track director @ Woodburn is also going to invite some locals to get our participation well above 10-cars. Feel free to extend the invite to locals as well, just make sure I'm aware of who is interested so we don’t exceed 15-cars. No problem posting on other message boards. The more visibility the quicker we’ll fill the spots up. If you are interested, please post here or email me so I can add you to the list. Make sure I have your email address as I’ll be communicating over email with the group once we get close to the day. Note: Oregon also has Tax-free shopping and there are some great Outlet Shops in Woodburn! Bring the Significant Other! My GF will be in the stands/pits taking HD video and a ton of photos. |

Come on out guys for some friendly fun! It might be a bit of a drive for us Seattle folks, but hopefully if the weather holds out it should be a fun cruise. Then we can open it up for some real fun at the track and perfect our launch.

I'm shocked not to see any BMW 3-series cars. The 335i and M3s can be quick as hell when modded.

How about I make this interesting . . .
If three PNW E9X M3s attend (and confirm with me first), I'll pay for 100% of your track rental fees. All you have to do is show up and race all day . . . on my dime. PM me if you can make it happen! |
