this thread is utterly DUMB, there I've said it, sorry for being mean
just use some common sense when parking your car

and yes, I'll learn to read once you've learned how to form proper sentences.

Back into the spots. No problems with clearance that way, plus safer when you go to leave.

I find absolutely nothing in this thread that resembles the English language.

hey canucklion, do you use very rough toilet paper? And no, my question has nothing to do with the E90.

I think this topic is interesting because this is the first car that I've had to worry about hitting the parking space "stop blocks". My previous cars cleared them but I've already scraped the underside of my front apron...luckily my car is black and it isn't noticeable. I've also noticed that some stop blocks are taller than others and it's impossible for me to judge...so I just stop short or back in.

ha ha. i didn't even notice how bad it was until i re-read it. i guess after a while you just learn how to read and pick out the meaning of basically any text that has some form of english words in it

I'd like to submit an "on-topic" reply if that's okay.

I pulled over a parking "block" about 3 days after buying my car. The concrete block wasn't very smooth, and chewed the underside of the front bumper pretty badly (although you had to look underneath the bumper to notice anything, it was killing me!). So OF COURSE I had to take my car back to the dealership, where they touched up the damage including airbrushing it. The $150 cost was well worth it to have my car "perfect" again!

Now when I park, I stay away from those concrete blocks! This car is very low and needs to be kept away from all curbs, really (also with the low-profile tires).

I remember a while back a couple of members complained about scraping the bottom of their front bumpers on "a park stop thing" and pavement curbs.
