I never found Footie offensive and don't really know what the deal is, but I always appreciated the European-leaning perspective in the mainly American forum (and I am an American)... even if you often mention the awesome car the US never gets...

I also have never found Footie's comments offensive to anyone. I think he's one of the few people who takes care about what he says while also talking passionately in what he believes in. This combination can be very hard to find and indeed he is special.
I think its unfair for the mods to be unfair to him and I vote for him to return to our beloved bimmer world. Or at least in the general automotive section

Thanks all for your kind remarks and comments, even though I no longer post here I still vist regularly because as always I am interested the the things being discussed.
Sad to say but I very much doubt any opinion on my ill-treatment will soften the position the leaders on here have of me. Once again thanks and though you won't see me I will be there in the background watching all going on.  |
