I actually don't remember where or how I heard about it... this was I believe back in 2013 or 2014. It's raindrop cake... which is just this bubble like thing made of water and agar (gelatinous substance made from seaweed/algae). The "bubble" itself is pretty tasteless, it's the syrup and sugary stuff that you also take in along with it that gives it taste.

Needless to say, I tried it that one time and never tried it again.
