Reflectors
I decided to paint my stock reflectors. So I took them off and brought them to Markus Büttner, one of the best paint shops around, he painted them the same day. I was able to pick them up the next day, apply some wax, and put them on.

NO, painted reflectors cost $80+shipping. Painting my stocks cost me $20, but that might be only because I'm in europe, that's priceless.

We do not have these reflectors on M3's in Australia. What markets have these and what is the purpose? I think they spoil the look if the car.

We hate the look too. Thats why we paint them or patch the holes in the bumper to get rid of the hideous orange reflector. Theyre necessary for the US and Canadian Market

I can see how he thought that. We use yellow microfiber towels when we ship our painted reflectors out.

That wasn't the info I got from my my painter but if it's true then it makes a LOT of things easier like doing touch-ups before a clear bra.
In that case, disregard my last. |

i got a can of AW touch up paint, sanded, primed and painted these myself. I still have to spray a clear coat on but its pretty straight forward and they come out nice
