Reps are not always created equal. Your making huge generalizations based on your cheapo reps on another car, not these exact wheels.

He wants feedback for these particular reps vs oem. Not your stereotypical BS.

Ok but they are all equally inferior to OEM. Should we try this again? Attach whatever name you want to the wheels they are all Made in China crap.

Anyone trying to convince themselves to the contrary is just trying to justify not spending the money on OEM or "reputable" after market wheels.

You can be the guy who does the metallurgical study and takes microscopic scans of the wheels to figure that out. I already know better.

And someone is so naive here to think all OEM components are not made in China too. I thought you knew better

OEM components Made in China, under license, under controlled conditions is not the same as Made in China with some fly by night factories. You should know better still.

Almost all manufacturing is farmed out overseas because manufacturing costs are cheaper. We all know this.

Of coz I do, I have held direct investments in businesses that are suppliers of both OEM and aftermarket. Made my first investment into a company that manufactures brakes and suspension components ten years ago.

So Apex wheels are crap too? They make replica wheels and alot of teams use them for racing and often found on track cars....

Not all OEM wheels are great either, I've seen alot of OEM 19s like style 230,225, 313 cracked also.

A friend of mine just bought a set of style 313s and was pissed when the tire place told him one was cracked.

Exactly, we are talking specifically about AG here... Which, if you do some research, you will find they have a lot of happy customers and seem to be of high build quality.
