I actually don't know the manufacturer, but all I know is that it's from BMW motorsport. Some BMW dealerships here in the USA can actually order it if your really interested...

For those interested with the BMW motorsport's lip's price, it is $4256.30. That's not a suprising amount since BMW Motorsport parts are very pricey.

For those who want a lip that looks and functions as well as the BMW motorsport lip (It also has brake ducts that are functional), but on the cheaper side, you guys may enjoy this lip made by The Check Shop in Japan. It's called the Kohlenstoff lip:
