I'd personally get 2 maybe even 3 used M3's for that price. I like the black and all but a used black is almost 3 times the cost if a used M3?!?! I'd take an M3 in every variant first, but that car car does look and sound BADASS!

Is that 0 to 60 time in Image 26 correct? If so, where's all that extra horsepower and torque going?
Save a lot of your money and slap an ESS supercharger on your M. It'll spank that C63 Black. It probably already out-handles it.

Sending you a PM shortly.
I may have something of interest to you. (Also, yes, +1 to everything everyone has said. The C63 Black Series is truly special. The C63 "507 Edition" is only slightly cheaper, but loses the wider wide body, the wider tires, superior handling, coil-over suspension, and additional engine tweaks specific to the Black Series. I love my M3, and my former "regular" C63, but the C63 BS takes it to a different level.) |

The black series outperforms the m3 gts, and easily our handles a stock m3. As it should since it's in an entirely differnt class of car. I would take a black series over almost any car. If you can afford it do it! |

I would step back and consider what other cars you could buy for around 120k or around that price... before buying it.
ZR1, GTR, Viper, R8 and Porche GT3 (used)... to name just a few that IMOP look better and are faster... Check out the review... Last edited by Cool Steel; 09-08-2013 at 10:44 PM.. |

12.6 quarter on the DCT M3 stock and w/supercharger? High 11's easy... suspension and driver train mods you got a race and would probably smoke it. Are you buying it for some reason other than performance? Cause for that price.....GTR or GT3 would be a better option...only IMOP. Last edited by Cool Steel; 09-08-2013 at 10:41 PM.. |

Who cares about those stats when you're driving a C63 BS? The thing's a beast and just listening to it makes it worth a buy.
And its official 0-60 is 3.6 sec and 1/4 mile is done in 11.9. |

The old GTR jumped to 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and did the quarter mile in approximately 11.8. You can buy those for 65k -thats half the price. The new GTR ? 0-60: 2.9 11.2 quarter The GTR brand friggin new is lower cost, faster, looks better and sounds just as good if not better. IMOP.... |

I'm willing to learn... why is it more special? Other than perception? However, in all the reviews seems like the GTR stomps it in essentially - everything. Price is essentially the same brand new, unsure about used... From a value standpoint, the value of old GTRs have actually risen. First time I have ever seen that. I was searching for one in 2010, 2011 and 2012. A used price for a 2009 and 2010 in 2011 and 2012 actually went up or stayed the same price. I don't think the GTR will have a problem holding value.... Last edited by Cool Steel; 09-09-2013 at 06:56 PM.. |

its not always about the performance....this c63 black series has more capability than most of us on here cannot even extract. Same with the GTR. at that point its about emotion. I would take that black series over a gtr anyday. how many black series do you see everyday? I see a gtr almost everyday in la.

I tend to make decisions based on facts and logic so emotion does not play into any of my money spending decisions. However, everyone is different. IMOP based on the facts and logic the GTR is better....and is stiff competition OP....I would test drive it before you buy the Merc. |

a nissan that blasts passed everything with technology, but is lacking the refinement in the ride and interior with cheap plastic everwhere and is now, to me, somewhat old news. or a german tank that is almost as fast with a bespoke body that just looks killer, sounds badass, is luxurious inside, is in a different class of cars, and oh btw has a detuned SLS engine. At this point of performance though, like i said before, its about having the ability to even use it. At the track, I would probably put down the same lap times in either car with my skill. ok maybe gtr is easier to drive, but i want to be saying holy shit! and giggling all over the place, which I think the black edition would provide. |
