Hey guys I'm looking to sell my 2013 Frozen Blue E92 DCT M3 with competition package and only 10,100 miles. I bought the car from geico insurance a few months back with minor damage. I had the car fixed at my professional body shop and the worked performed is excellent as you can see in the pictures. There was no frame damage at all, the job performed was mainly replacing parts and painting.

The following parts were replaced in the car; Front bumper, front impact bar, hood, radiator, right headlamp, rear bumper, trunk lid, trunk tail lamps and steering airbag. I have and can provide before pictures of the damage of the vehicle.

Due to the accident, the insurance bought the car back from the owner and declared it a total loss. Then I bought the vehicle from Geico Insurance, fixed it up, had trooper inspections completed and title branded to rebuilt. The car can be title and register anywhere in the U.S and Canada without any issues for sure.

I know that it is hard to believe that the insurance would total such a vehicle on minor damage. But this is a special vehicle with special BMW frozen factory paint a $15,900 paint option from BMW. My guess is that the owner had premium coverage and refused to get the car fix.

The car is mechanically in excellent condition without any issues. I have run some tests with a BMW diagnostic computer to make sure everything is working condition. All components in the car work as they're suppose to with no faults.

This has been my personal vehicle and I have driven the car for about 1000 miles without any problems at all. I have no problem taking the car to the nearest BMW dealership for a pre-purchase inspection at your own cost. If you end up buying the car I will refund prepurchase inspection.

I have owned several E92 M3s and can tell you that this one drives just like any other M3. I have original MSRP $83,845.00 window sticker, books, manuals and two key fobs. Please pm with any questions you might have

The asking price is $42,500.00. I prefer a local sale but I'm open to shipping for an out of state buyer.

Do you know if BMW will/ can CPO this car? or if they are still honoring the factory warranty?
