08 e92 pricing

I currently have a b6 Audi s4 that I'm hoping to replace with an e92 m3 if I can find the right deal - ideally, a car for $45k or less.

I came across a car that I like, but I have a feeling the price is a bit too high. The dealership - a BMW dealership, though the car isn't CPO'd - is asking $48,995 for an 2008 with 22k miles that they've had since late October.

Specs:
AW with red interior; carbon roof; 6mt; premium, technology and cold-weather packages

Any thoughts on the price?
