E90 M3 B&B Exhaust for sale
I am selling my Billy Boat / B&B exhaust; B&B shortened the tips on this specifically for fitment on a E90. Only used ~200 miles, it is about as close to new without being new as you can get. Looks and sounds awesome, very deep and throaty, unfortunately, it's a little loud for me around town and sets off an alarm in the parking garage at work on cold start. I would classify the volume as between a sport and a race. SOLD SOLD SOLD Thanks for looking! Last edited by roddyc; 12-31-2011 at 12:42 PM.. |

It is a great exhaust, just a little too deep in the 1k to 2k rpm for me.
Here's a good review of it; it's basically what made me buy this exhaust in the first place: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=474876 |

PMs replied.
Thanks, it is a bad ass exhaust, if it was a touch quieter, it'd still be on my car and I wouldn't be taking a $500 hit on it. Still available! |

No doubt, B&B kicks ass. Someone grab this thing.

Roddy-I know you said it was loud-but you say you only used it 200 miles. I have had mine on for about 1,000 now and it has mellowed/quieted down a bit.

Roddy, is it that loud? If so then I recommend the Megan Racing exhaust since I hear it's pretty quiet (that is, until you get an aftermarket x-pipe, hehe). I'd love to hear it in person sometime if you haven't sold it by then.

I'm not sure if it is that loud or if it is just louder than what I was thinking it was going to be. If it doesn't sell soon, it will probably be back on my car and I'll give it another go. Hope the car with the alarm in my parking garage has a well charged battery by then...

I wish we weren't so far away I'd love for you to listen to mine. Have you had a chance to listen to another B&B that is broken in? I think you would love it. This exhaust is very underrated on this forum and with the M3 community.

Roddy, GLWS if you decide not to keep it. IMHO, try it out again for another 800-1000 miles to see if it quiets down to your liking because that's a huge financial lost just using it for only 200-miles.
