TPMS Malfunction Question
Just got a new set of TPMS sensors from a forum member that claims they are 2009's. However, they don't work at all. I get the TMS Malfuction error, the icon blinks for a couple minutes and then is solid. The reset function is greyed out. The sensors appeared to be in OK shape.
Could anything else be causing it besides these actually being 2010+ sensors? I guess there is no easy way to check?

You're gonna need to check the sensors out and see which ones they are to rule that out first.

Is there no visual distinction on the outside/stem that would identify them as 2010+?
