i know...fo' sho! cops in OC are dicks for pulling ppl over. a few years ago when i had my E46 330i, i was driving up beach blvd and i accidentally flickered my headlight switch. i was wearing a dress shirt and tie too because i was just getting off work. a buena park PD pulled me over and called in 5 other squad cars and made me sit on the curb like a mutherf*cker. boy, was i pissed. i think he didn't appreciate the limo tint i had on my white car.

Many moons ago (early 90s), I was zoom-zooming in an old ass Mustang 5.0 by myself. I wound up going 65 in a 35 on windy Beauregard St in Alexandria. I stopped at the red light at Kings St. and soon after, a Dodge Aries K pulls even with me. Some Fed-looking guy motions for me to roll down my passenger window. He says that if he wasn't on his way to a shooting incident (don't remember his exact words, but people were shot), that he'd have me locked up for reckless driving. Then he turns on his dashboard mounted po-po light and drove through the intersection. Well, considering the Mustang belonged to a buddy of mine, the VA tags were dead, and I realized later that I didn't have my license on me, I was hella-fortunate that day.

Heh, that "jumped out of nowhere quote" totally reminded me of the drunk girl driver scene in 40 year old virgin.

I admit I am definitely guilty of occasionally in moments of bad judgement driving with a couple drinks in me (so technically below .08 limit but honestly still minorly impaired), during those times things do tend to jump out of nowhere more often .

I don't understand why people try to drive drunk. I don't mind if you're high(marijuana) because I know that you can concentrate way more than you need to on the road. But come on now drinking and driving?

yeah...i just drove my friend's 335 w/stock wheels the other day and i can feel my car takes off slower. and i noticed 1-2 miles per gallon less with these heavier wheels. but i have a bad driving record so it's kinda good i got these wheels to slow my ass down.
