Quality of the Carbon Fiber parts?

Hey guys i wanted to get carbon fibre to replace all the chrome parts and was told to talk to IND. After doing so they said they no longer carry the carbon fibre parts because they are not pleased with the quality and that all the vendors carry the same type. Any1 that has carbon fibre grill, gillls, hood vents and mirrors could please let me know if you are happy with the quality or if there are problems with the pieces etc? If you could also tell me what the problem is with them and if you were to do it again would u still buy them or go a different route? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

i think you mean wet carbon vs dry carbon? There's a huge difference between the two. Each one can have their quality issues, but it could be the weave, shape, fitment, etc. If you owned a Lotus I'd know exactly where to point you.

The BMW OEM splitters and mirror caps are very nice. I agree that some of the other stuff is poor. I do have a diffuser from IND and it is top notch. I just orders side gills and expect they will be too.

I have CF front and side grills. They look good but the build quality isn't great - one of the CF overlays on the passenger side kidney grill is disbonded from the grill. It's eventually going to fall off and, as long as I'm not driving when it happens, that's when I'll try to bond it back on to the grill. I've only had them for < 1 year and if I was doing it again I would not buy them.
