I noticed from a few PM's there are a few differnt offsets and widths.
If I want to stay close to stock, or slightly more more aggressive offsets (not a lot), what offsets should I be looking for in a 19" wheel?

have the same set of RS wheels... they're awesome fitment. not too aggressive. gives the car a nice stance without any rubbing issues.

And yet another question.....
With the above wheel sizes, what size tires would be best? I would like to go a bit bigger on the fronts to get rid of some understeer. Recommendations?

You can safely go up to 275 on a 9" wheel, and 295 on a 10" wheel.
I just put 295/30 on my 10" advan RS and it looks and feels great!

It looks like the AD08's come in a lot of sizes that will work...kinda leaning towards those.

I would like to dial out a bit of understeer. I was thinking of going a bit wider on the front. Ideas?

255 is as wide as you should go in the front... unless you want to run into rubbing issues.
What you choose in the back will also affect your understeer. 275 or 285 should be quite good. I've also read that if you experience understeer, you can pump up the pressure on the fronts to gain more grip. Keep in mind that the M3 GTS, which has essentially the same chassis, uses 255/35 and 285/30. |

I am a long time tracker so I know about all that...but, I am in the more tire = more grip camp. Hence, I will prolly go that route!
