i noticed someone is trying to gain weight: first things first... you need to determine your current RMR (resting metabolic weight)... once that's determined then you can structure a proper diet along with a structured workout so you can burn a certain amount and still be putting on weight.

trust me... i've dropped from 245lbs @ 28% body fat down to 162lbs @ 12% body fat... am current sitting heavy at 200lbs @ 22% body fat. i can go into serious detail about diets, calorie counting, workouts for gaining, losing, leaning etc... hahaha... just to show ya'll i'm not BSing:

if j00 wantz teh six pack, must add on facebook.
go into detail as if you were me... just wanna see whatcha say!
no BS.

btw good lookin bro. how long did it take?

Jason, I know you enjoy Honda stuff. Prepare to get a boner.

This is one of the best builds (definitely the cleanest) that I've ever seen.

that is such an insane build!!! I would love to do that one day but to an e46 or even an e30, not quite THAT detailed. Im not a super big JDM fan but I have soo much respect for that guy haha. I wish I was smart and patient enough to take apart an entire car and put it back together.

I love it when they mention that the cars were celebrity owned... like that's supposed to command a higher price lol.

If anything, knowing that a car was owned by a celebrity should be more of a deterrent than anything else.

I don't discriminate against the origin of cars.

Generally, I don't care for American cars because they are lame, but the Corvette (the C6, at least) is no car to joke about. It's a beast and I'd love to drive one (but probably wouldn't want to own one, just because of practicality issues)!

okay good and I would agree most american cars are jokes, this is probably the only one I would actually get....I dont need to be practical right now lol but I know the BMW crowd has a lot of respect for at least the corvette. My next car will either be this or e92 M3.....currently leaning more towards the Z06 but we will see what happens

Not an American car fan either other than classic muscle cars but I love the C6Z. Also I've always had a soft spot for grand nationals.

Porsches are wayyy too expensive. It is just totally out of the question right now. The only one I could possibly afford is a 2003 996 and I don't want to go back that far lol. Plus I like some of the more subtle styling changes of the 997 I would want 2008 or newer but those are up in the 100k range

Adam, no one would disown you... But I dont think you would be happy... Just make sure you spend as much time on the vette boards as you do on M3 post before you buy one. Powerful cars, but lots of things that I know would kill me everyday.

Yea I usually will do tons of research before I buy something especially cars. I went into get my 135 and knew more about the dang car than the salesman did. And of course I will need to test drive both extensively. Can you believe I havent driven the M3 yet?

I would choose an M3 over a Corvette. It may not be as fast in a straight line, but it's better in every other way. It's German so you know that it's built well, it will hold it's value better, the interior is nicer, handles better, etc...

I cant believe that... I think we can make that happen one day...Maybe... Well see...

Oh and the Ariel Atom. Clarkson " The most exciting car he has ever and possibly will ever dive!" Yea for 60k that thing is pretty amazing, although I would need the 90k version!

And I would also one day like to do a ground up restore on a E30 M3...

I would agree with all of your points but if you look into the z06 vette it holds its own on the track and is not just for a straight line. I wouldnt even say it holds its own thats a bit of an understatement The C6 Z06 laps the Nurburing in 7:42 while the e92 M3 does it in 8:05. I dont want to start an American vs German war because I really appreciate both cars and for their respective uses. I've never really been into American cars but this vette is a very nice car. Any other american car I would stay away from. The only drawback I have a bout the vette is the shit interior lol

I meant to say that with the M3, you'll probably feel more connected with the car.

Part of the reason why the Corvette has such good lap times is because of it's brute force.... not that there is anything wrong with that. The M3 and Corvette just offer different driving experiences.

Very true....I respect your opinion. Only extensive test driving will tell which beast I end up getting. They wont let you drive ///M's at the dealership though unless they have a demo or a used on. Hmm Jamie's M is looking pretty good right about now
