So what the guy parked like that? Yes, it's over the top but nothing justifies someone keying or damaging other's property, no matter what!
At least this guy shows concern about his car and parked like that deliberately to protect it as opposed to people who park their POSs over the line because they don't care about others and have no consideration to anybody else. Why people would even think of retaliating, like blocking or parking too close, is beyond me. Just have a laugh and walk away...

It's extremely unlikely any of us on the forum would actually cause any damage or retaliation. We just see this sort of parking as asking for trouble by the general public. Mean, senseless people key driver's cars for no good reason -- here is an example of needlessly calling attention to oneself. - V .

@odiesback: I stand corrected. Apparently there IS someone that would like to see a costly crime in retaliating. - V .

Lets just that the owner of that car is lucky enough to live in North America. You wouldn't want to know what happens to cars behave like this in the other parts of this world.

I always have to share the story of a Smart car that was parked stradling the line in a busy parking lot. Mathematically it's similar, one Smart car taking up two spots is the same as a regular car taking up four spots.
I really wanted to pick that Smart car up and put it in a dumpster...or at least put a note on it. Instead I took a picture and have made fun of it for 5 years. |
