Aside from the obvious ones for me which are:

Competition Pkg
Premium Sound
Premium II Pkg
Nav/iDrive
Carbon Fiber Roof

Is S752 option the 16 speaker set up? Is there a better factory option available? As many threads I have read through I still can't tell.

I have been searching for my ideal or as close to ideal 2011 M3 as I can get.

Pretty sure I can upgrade without severe repercussions from my better half.

Nope, I searched for a year and got exactly what I wanted with the mileage I wanted.
It wasn't my first choice for colour, but it was on my list .

This. Took me a year but I got exactly what I wanted (color wasn't important). AND I got things I wasn't expecting like the fold-down rear seats(!).

FACTORY ORDERED. Exactly what i wanted + euro delivery + performance center redelivery. Most important option for me was :

- No previous owner(s) mileage and treatment on the car.

Used Leased cars are the worst which is no different than long term renting. Car returns to the dealer no matter how much abuse the owner put on it (redlined cold) next owner has to deal with it.

Mine is fully loaded and I'm grateful for every option. Although it wasn't an option I wish the 2013s came with heads up display

Got exactly what I wanted except for Convenience Pkg and extended leather. Neither of those things really bother me though, and considering how rare mine is and how everything else is exactly what I want (E90, manual, ZCP, slicktop, manual seats, Nav, Cold Weather Pkg, aluminum trim, in white/red which is my favorite... AND in great condition and low miles), I got super lucky!

Even factory ordering individual color is not easy. Tried twice locally, didn't get it, then second time was accepted through an online dealer but he played games with money so decided not to pursue.

Had to give up CF roof for a very rare Individual color, Tanzanite blue e92 (only 2 in the US). It has everything else I wanted except for Enhanced audio .

The only thing I wish my car had that it doesn't was the extended leather interior. It seems to be seriously hard to find with a black interior.

I didn't even know I wanted an M3 and bought my e92 on somewhat of a whim. But what won me over was both how it drove and the lack of options. I have zero regrets on the purchase and LOVE driving the car, even after 1.5 yrs of ownership. The only that I would change if I could, would be the color. White is so obvious for these cars. Having said that, the color is not enough to make me wish I waited. I don't think I would have ever found a car with the same combination of lowish miles and limited options. I like my cars to be about the drive, so I'm not that into features and convenience items. My M3 has the perfect balance of convenience and performance features.
