Will the muffler drop?

there are 3 hangers hanging the rear muffler, will the muffler drop if the resonator section is detached? i just got the full exhaust pipe so i have to take off the whole pipe from head to resonators but not the muffler

You can take out the center section and leave the axle back in place. I think that's what you are asking?
