Yeah that's the look that I was expecting. Look at the plaque though...it says "E90/E92" instead of "E90/E93" I guess this conforms to the idea that the latter version is designed for all three M3's though.

correct. The e90 has shorter tips that would not fit but it would work the other way around with the tips sticking out a little further.

Took some pics and measurements. If I could get the exact length difference between the e92 and e90 from meister, I would know for sure.

Edit: I'm thinking even with you stretching it 1/2 it seems to be shorter than stock fitment. What do you guys think?

So it seems the stock difference between e92 and e90 is 1.5 inches. Now I'm wondering if the Meister exhausts are longer than stock. If so.. then this will work. If not, it will not be apparent from the side given the measurements.

Did you have to cut the stock piping when you utilized the SR connecting pipes?

Nope. It's totally bolt on with the SR connecting pipes.

Unfortunately, I don't have the measurements shown in your pic above.

I just got off the phone with Jerry from GT Haus. Apparently back in in the day they used universal plates for all their systems. Regardless if it was meant for e92 vs e90. However the systems were indeed specific to each variant. So realistically this exhaust should only go on a E90. If I had exact exhaust measurements this would make it much easier, so I have no idea what this will actually look like on a e92 without stretching the hangers(M3PO's car). So Jerry insisted that a e90 exhaust belongs on an e90 and vice versa.

Furthermore to complicate things, apparently GT Hause has cleaned house in the last year so their different productions 1 & 2 were overseen by different people then their current production line.

Jerry was very helpful, so thanks to him I think I finally have my answer. Thanks guys for all your feedback.

Did he have any input on why the pictures in this thread show the tips being recessed slightly from the bumper? Does it mean I was actually sold an E90 exhaust for my E92?

You know I'm not sure. Can you take a picture from the side view? It seems like your fitment is fine as it is longer than stock. Also did you ever get a chance to get a clear picture of your stamping plate?
