How to sell Artwork?

My mother got some new Artwork andwould like to sell her old stuff. that includes some original Picasso artwork and some more highlights from other artists. We just spoke about this now, but I'd figure I'd ask you guys to see if any of you would know how to go about this, i.s having it appraised, buyer, broker, ect.

She has 7 painting in total and wants something in the range of 20-30k for them.

any idea what pieces....ie artists and provenance? I collect a few pieces here and there.

Somehow I think original Picassos would be more than that each, but I know absolutely nothing about art.

Check with museums on the picasso painting. There are also usually stores that let you put art in them for sale, and stores that specialize in the selling of art.
