Wheel and offset question

I've searched the forums but have not found an answer to my question.

I have and E90 M3 ZCP with stock suspension and oem ZCP wheels (19x9 ET31/19x10 ET25?) with 255/35 front and 285/30 rears.

I am looking at a set of 19x9.5 ET 25 front and 19x10.5 ET 25 rear will remount the tires on these wheels.

How will these fit compared to the ZCP's? Any rubbing issues?

Please help

The front wheels will be 12mm closer to the fender. The rear wheels will be 6mm closer to the fender

You shouldn't experience any rubbing. I have the same size wheels on my car except my offsets in the front are et20, so 5mm closer to the fender. I am running 275/30 and 295/30 and I'm lowered. Very minimal rubbing in the rear over big dips on occasion.
