Thanks everyone - appreciate all the well wishing. It is DCT and I think I got a good deal staying under 50k for the car. I've been looking for awhile and every once in awhile a non-BMW dealership will take one in on trade and rather then wholesale it to a BMW deal to sell - they will take a chance on selling it themselves.

Still trying to get used to putting gas in the car all the time and pinching myself that I am actually driving it!!
