Thumbs down Do not order from Mfest online

Hey everyone just a little warning as I hate to come across in this manner. My order #1321 was placed on Nov 16 for a simple Mfest decal. After a week and half I checked the status and it's still processing. I have repeatedly emailed sales@mfest.com for an update regarding my order. Today I was browsing on the forum and came across mfest online forum and registered so I could simply ask my question under the Mfest unanswered emails posted by fellow members. Just 30 mins ago when I tried to login hoping someone from mfest would have an explanation I discovered I was 'Ban'?!
For a simple $15 decal this has been VERY disappointing. Poor customer service, no communication whatsoever is not acceptable. I have opened a dispute with paypal regarding this matter. I have bought numerous merchandise from iND and EAS and have never had a problem. $15 dollars MFest come on!

Thats weird..I too purchased an Mfest decal 7 days ago (#1329), and I have checked every single day to see progress, and it still says Processing. I wasn't really worried until I saw this thread..I think I'll give it till Friday, maybe its in the mail already

Trust me, Im very much looking forward to the decal but what lead me to start this post was because I'm concerned after I asked a simple "non offensive" question regarding my order "1321" on MFEST forum led to me being banned from the board.

http://www.mfestforum.com/forum/show...t=16591&page=2

My username is also MDIAU on Mfest forum and I simply asked a question and hoping the person in charge whoever it was could act responsibly enough and update me the "processing" status. Due to the Mfest admin who banned me for asking a question, I have moved on and contacted PayPal and claimed a refund

And you still want to sport their decal?

You made the right move for sure that's just absurd they would ban you and don't reply to your emails. If I had an extra decal I would gladly send it over but unfortunately I don't :/. Maybe try ebay or ask around so you don't have deal with them directly.

I may be uninformed, but I believe that some of the members (maybe all of them) are in the Philippines helping to give relief after the typhoon? Could be the reason for the delay?
However I do know that after last MFEST, things have been a little rough when purchasing from them.

Unacceptable. A nobel cause helping with the disaster efforts there, but you can't just leave existing customers twisting in the wind like that.
Agreed and to ban me for simply asking a question regard MY order that I had PAID for is unreasonable.........

Obviously it's not acceptable. I was just trying to shed some light on WHY there might be delays.

I can't imagine that payments would actually be "processed", without having someone make sure that the orders were being fulfilled.

Nonetheless, good luck, guys.

The thing is, I see Chris a few times a year..they have booths at events that they are regularly a part of such as bimmerfest, accessory fest at pacific bmw (which happens multiple times a year) and at these booths they sell these stickers and lanyards, but they dont have custom colors that often or in a high volume. So how the fuck is he going to hold a booth and sell casually to enthusiasts holding a straight face after this lack of customer service and product in general? I mean I wouldnt be mad if he announced something mentioning there will be mass delays, but deleting my thread on their forum 4 minutes after I posted it, and shutting down their other website?

same thing happened to me, BANNED me for asking a simple question regarding the status of my order. Nothing offensive just asking a damn question. Had to use my wifes laptop to check the MFCUK forum since my IP address from the Iphone had been recorded
This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and never I have felt this way in 20 years of being an automotive enthusiast.

WHOEVER this guy is "chris?" if he is in indeed behind "MFCUKlab" needs to come out and apologize to every single customer that u F-ed up

While I agree with you that something like this isn't acceptable….. you seem to get a little too annoyed/bothered/angered over a $15 decal….. if you're this unhappy with them, just file a dispute/chargeback, easy-peasy. There are more important things in life to get worked up over, don't let something like this get to you so much, it's not worth it.

(FYI I've never ordered from Mfest, but I have met the guys involved with it a few times and they've been cool enthusiasts to hang out with).

It's the feeling of being cheated that bothers me and the fact that they did everything possible to steal $15 from a customer is just absurd. What a disappointment in these guys. I owned two restaurant business in va and one being a franschise. I would never do that in a million years to my customers. Like the guy above my post, it's about the principle that matters and I want to share with you all how pathetic and embarrassing these so called enthusiast are.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. I've been a follower of MFEST for a long time, and never had any problems with my orders. It's true they were busy helping out people in the Philippines, and I heard they're relocating their office as of the moment. But anyway, I hope you get this square away with MFEST.
