2008 M3 57k miles, CPO. About to go check it out today.

I'm gonna go check this out in person today, apparently a CPO so still should have a bit of warranty. I'm trying to get into something for a good price cause I don't plan on keeping it for more than a year or so. I'm going with some savvy people and any advice from you seasoned veterans would be great. No pictures up yet

2 years ago this same car with mileage was $45000 plus tax. This is super cheap. I would do a thorough investigation on it, even if CPO. Seems really cheap.

I'm sure this price is conditional on their stupid financing terms or something. I'll find out in person when I go.

I know it's one of those scummy dealerships that basically try to gouge the crap out of people with ridiculous financing offers so our defenses will be up 100% when we walk into this place.

I kinda don't want to go there but maybe if they see we're serious buyers they might work out a deal.

Dealerships of this kind obtain cars from auctions, so who knows what the car went through...could be a repo or something else.
I used to work for a dealership right out of college and this is what they would do to fill their used cars inventory.

This dealership is notorious for scamming potential buyers through their financing deals. Take a look at their Google/Yelp reviews. I steered clear from them when I saw they had an LCI E90 for super cheap. I wouldn't waste your time.

You could always finance through them and then immediately refinance to better terms after if it means getting a good deal.

I checked it out and the Google/Yelp reviews are pretty much on point. Listed price is $34,990 but they have a $3000 dollar inspection fee for there so called 160-point inspection. So as soon as you walk in the door the price is $37,990...and only if you finance through them.

Asked them how much the cash price is cause I'm not looking to finance and they said $43,000.

Also, the way they acted and everything about them just yells run away from this place as fast as possible! Just a shady place in general that just gave me the creeps. The M3 was nice though, of course, fully-loaded but no CF roof so I wasn't even interested.
