Speeding Ticket Points ?

Hello Every 1,


I just need some information regarding a Speeding ticket.

This was the 1st time i was pulled over by a COP and i hold a license from IL.
I was in Cleveland for Work and i was pulled over in a rental car for speeding in CLE so my question is will the points be carried over to IL from the ticket i received in CLE.

Damn and i was not speeding at all i was over like 7mph and i was give a speeding ticket stating over 25mph !!!

Guys please help me if you have any information on the same !

I'm pretty sure it will carry over. Cop pulled that bs because you had a Illinois license and he knew you would have to go out of your way to fight it. Ohio cops are notorious for this. Just get a local attorney to show up and defend you on your behalf. The cop probably won't even show.

Yeah thought it would be for the same reason,

I was damn frustrated because i was pulled over in a rental !!! not my car at least....
The rentals had a Kentucky plate i guess!

For a SPEEDING ticket yes it is, but if the the cop just give u a traffic citation, nah..
