Wow I totally forgot, I had a similarly good experience with CHP...speeding driving my roommates Audi at like 3am going to Coachella (no drugs had been consumed at this point) I got nabbed for at least 120 and I swerved (but not too wildly) across all (3) lanes because we saw an open food place and to get to the bar, Dan. There were literally no cars on the road (I-10 maybe or is it 8 in Cali? I forget...coming from AZ). Cop was immediately behind me, I thought I was going to jail, and he asked me out of the car and everything, once he realized I wasn't drunk or anything he just checked my shit and wrote it to me for 84 in a 65. I don't think he wanted to deal with the hassle of arresting me to be honest with you. You bet I was clenched that entire time though

It was with radar, that's how I know it was exactly 77. After he wrote me the ticket he said, "Oh there are a lot more officers out on the road today so watch out." Thanks, buddy.

Went to San Pedro this afternoon for some fish and saw 4+ CHP motorcycle officers and 3 cruisers in a 15 minute span on the 110 freeway.

They nailed two people and I'm sure lots more all day.

They're definitely out and about in So Cal, the state is broke and they're looking for violators.

We need countermeasures
