Mine catless setup doesn't smell as much now as it used to at the beginning. I don't know if i'm just used to it, or if someone re-learned.

Any e90 guys with full exhaust (especially AA) experiencing what sounds like a vibration in the low RPMs from a stop? It sounds like it's coming from the rear cupholders in the center armrest...

I would say the cats reduced the smell 90-95%. It only smells a little bit when the car is first started up and cold or when I reverse into a spot I can smell it a little after I get out of the car. The smell is not even comparable to how bad it was catless.

I would say it's only moderately louder, but much louder above 4k RPM. The AA exhaust is already pretty loud, but now it has more of a rumble when coming to a stop and screams above 4k rpm. Without the x-pipe, the exhaust sound tended to be drowned out by engine noise above 4500 RPM or so.
