That was a power clean. She hit it 3 times after doing a clean ladder. By my ole calculations she can prolly power clean 315.

Thanks for snapping me into reality. She was doing deadlift. I apologize I was trying to get the picture to work I completely was talking out my ass. She can deadlift 315. Squat clean 155, power clean 205 lol. My bad.

315 DL is still strong! My wife deadlifts about 185. But a 315 PC had me dumbfounded lol. The difference between power and squat clean is interesting. Should be the other way around.

It will go up the next time they 1rep max sc.That was done almost a year ago. I learned quickly though crossfitters don't like to talk about maxing.

As for me I bench using 130 dumbbells can hit those twice. Been squatting 405 ish since I was 18 and have no plans of going any higher.

And that's after doing 60-75 mins of cardio.

Haha depends on the crossfitter! People at my gym live for the 1RM days.

What's stopping you from doing crossfit? Drink the Kool aid mannnn.

My best gym lifts were 455 touch n go bench, 635 squat and 705 dead @ 235ish

Sadly all I've got are some 480 rez YouTube videos and destroyed joints to show for it. If I could only have a do over

I was actually a bodybuilder, never did a comp.

I squatted 705 when I tried a squat suit and benched over 600 in a shirt but that stuff just helped tear me up. I wish I'd never gone over 400 for the squat, stuck to shrug bar deads and only pressed dumbbells, I've had 2 failed shoulder repairs and 2 hip scopes, bicep repair and some other stuff in the last few years

Repping 405 on bench is insane.

Appreciate it! I am actually starting to enjoy front squats a lot more than back squats.

Yeah we do a ton of front squats. Hadn't tested 3RM for a while and was pretty surprised at the PR. Also had Isreali food last night and I didn't shit myself mid-squat so double win.

Late to the party....been Crossfiting since 2009. Started it when no one really knew what it was. I mix in all the big liftscand have moved to more functionality training. Unfortunately at 46 some shoulder and back issues have crept in.

Current weight 180.
DL - 415
BS - 410
FS - 320
Squat Clean - 245
Power Clean - 230
CnJ - 230
Power Snatch - 175
Snatch - 195
Bench Press - 285

One surgeon says dont worry about it, its just mild arthritis, the other says joint issues but gave me no real information, I really dislike orthos as theyre usually useless for practical solutions or answering detailed questions

Either way the only thing I can do is squat and work on glute strength so it doesn't matter that much when the solution is always PT lol

I did 275x5 front squat as a max and almost passed out, 2 months off plus flu over xmas/nye was killer
