Fuse 16?

My fuse 16 keeps blowing every time I try to start my car (car won't start and has been down for a little while) and I have no idea what that fuse is for... Can anyone explain what its for with where they got their info because I can't find it online anywhere.

Well I saw that on my chart but I still can't manage to figure out exactly what it is

mine is blowing opon 50%-100% throttle output, used autologic and found bank 1 throttle actuator causing the short, taking apart now to see if it is a wiring issue or a failed part.
was was causing your issue??

ended up being my wiring harness, when my motor was swapped someone ran the wiring too close to the exhaust and it melted through half of the harness.
