Stuck at Status 155 for 10 days!!
My vehicle was completed on 9/17 and has been at status 155 (assembly complete/in quality check) for 10 days- there has to be something wrong with my car since I've seen members who have had their cars completed after my completion date and are already on the way to the port of exit or are already on a boat. WHAT'S GOING ON!!!
 The 800#, customer service rep, or my CA have no additional info!

Can't recall who, but a member of this forum went through the same issue. As I recall he ultimately canceled that order and re-ordered another car. Never could get an answer out of the CA, the dealer or BMWNA as to what the problem was. Hopefully your dealer/CA steps up and gets you some information. Good luck!

Sry to here that man. You finished a couple days before me and I'm on way to port of exit. That's just what I mean when I say a billion dollar company and and they can't let the person who is to own the car know whats going on or what the problem is. BMW owners (manufacturer ) plain old suck in my book.

Ok...great news! Just talked to my CA- he had his dealership's manager call the port and Germany said that my car is waiting at the port of exit and that the system just hasn't updated yet. BMWs tracking system is shit but, my car is almost here so in the end, ALL GOOD!
