Help with winter tyre sizing!

I was thinking of getting a pair of winter tyres on the OEM 19" wheels (245/35 and 265/35). I prefer hardcore Nokian tyres Hakkapeliitta R for snowy Finland but I have some problems with the sizes they offer:
235/35, 245/40 or 255/40 R19.

What do you think if I get 235/35 for front 8,5" wheels and 245/40 for the rear 9,5" wheels? This will make the front 1% smaller (diameter 647.1mm) and the rear 1,5% bigger (678.6mm). Difference 31,5mm in diameter and 3.41mph in speed.

Do you think this big of a difference will cause problems? Especially with the sensor systems? BMW Finland couldn't answer my question..

Blizzak LM-60 is another hardcore tyre with right sizes but unfortunately not sold in Europe...

Help appreciated very much, thanks!

I'm sure that'll work. I'm running staggard on the 18" wheels.

You seem to know those tires. They're great for areas where snow stays on the ground for most of the winter. In places, like Denver, where it snows and then quickly clears and the roads dry, I'd recommend something like the Pirelli Soto Zeros.

Staggered is not necessary. Plenty of people run square setups on OEM 18s (I am one of them.) 245/40-18 Nokian Hakka R's. Best snows I've ever had.

So I can get 18x9.0 et20 square with 245/40/18? Is that the proper tire sizes for the rims?

Just wanted to inform you guys that I got the 235/35 and 245/40 on the OEM 19" wheels and they with run no problemos! Staggered looks ok and the 245 on the 9,5J rear wheel doesn't even look too streched!

Thank you guys and Ben (who posted on the other thread) for encouraging me to take my chances! Nokia R's rock, though haven't got any snow yet!
