Interested....so I assume these barrels can be polished up?

I wanted to do BBS LM or LM-R faces but where can you but just the faces? That's pretty much all you need to complete these wheels right?

You are correct, all you need to buy are faces and yes you can refinish the barrels to whatever finish you'd like.

Does BBS sell just the faces? Where would you go for assembly?

I'm not sure where one can buy faces. Perhaps your favorite local shop? Or craigslist or classifieds?

As far as assembly, any shop or wheel shop can assemble. It's as simple as bolting the face to the barrel and torquing to the right specs. Locally, SonicMS assembled my new wheels. Or, for a wheel specific shop, I've used Wheel Techniques in santa clara a few times.

I'm local and interested but first I need to see if BBS can order just the faces.

If this cannot be done then this will be a hard sell since I'm sure everyone is thinking the same thing I am.

Very true, but some people may not want to mount BBS faces. My target audience is someone looking for a fully-forged barrel, something that even your well-know 3-piece wheel manufacturers don't offer. There are people who may want a face from a 3-piece wheel manufacturer tied with a fully forged barrel
