incorrect, they will indeed fit an E92! These are actually made for the E92. If you look at the picture with the box you can see it listed as E92, I just used them on my E93. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Yes it does, you would just need to have the EDC error coded out or you can also purchase the macht schnell module. I know my good friends at EAS sell it and it works very well.

Single adjustment, I'm not sure if they offer the double for the E92 M3 series, if you go on their website they only show one part number for the E92 series. You can see this at link below:
