It does have the Valve control, but I'm not sure about the fitment on your E90.

Reason for selling is that I'm wanting to track the car and would like to get a lighter exhaust. I loved it while i had it on....definitely an attention getter, no doubt!

how many miles is on the exhaust? And just to make sure, it's the full system from the headers back right?

Sorry for the delay...the exhaust has probably 100 miles max on it. This is the full exhaust from headers back. I didn't actually have it on long enough to plumb in the electronic valve so all the wiring and vacum tubes have not even been cut. This is practically a new system.
