About M3s Servicing at 100K miles
Hey guys im looking to buy an M3 propably at september when my finance is going to be better and usually this time of the year is good to buy a sports car since the prices normaly are getting little lower so currently im reading the forum to learn as much as possible for this incredible car and also have an idea of what is going to wait for me
So my question is does the M3 except from the early important service(i think at 7k miles im not sure) that she needs also requires another one at 100k miles? And if yes how much is the pricing for this? Any further information would be great, Sorry for my bad english |

Hi Georgio,
the break in (engine and diff oil) is at 1200miles/200km. A must. Then BMWs rec is engine change every around 1500m/2400km. However this is for most people by far too seldom and I'd say should be done around 7.5m/12km or more often. I'd suggest you track this bit in detail before buy. Regarding the "major" services Im sure you can google too see content and rough price level. Good luck! |
