Tyre compound?

Does any one know what the compound of the tyres is likely to be? Asking because on my 320 from new (2006) 11000 miles i have almost gone through one set. I like to drive but i'm amazed that they are that soft on a 320. M3 tyres will be softer? or will they.

Well I love my Pilots and thats what comes with the M3 so I would say at best 15- 20K miles. they are a soft compound tire and from what I have read they are a new line of pilots designed in conjunction with the M3. You will on average see 11-12k from these tires. Best performance all around in my opinion!
