ESS VT2-575 dyno result question
Hi everyone , my name is Andy , I just install ess vt2-575 supercharger on my 08 m3 conv dct transmission and everything else is stock , today I just dyno with superflow dyno ,the result come out very nice , I did 2 run all at 4 gear , they both read out at 517-520whp & 356-357wtq with 7 psi boost , temp at 40 degree F , but this supercharger kit should run about 6psi boost , I think this number is higher than I expect come out from this kit , please advice me if this number is possible or is accuracy . Thank you

I thought ESS 575 (now 585) ran less boost - should be running 6psi.

Right now in the colder months your car will make a bit more boost, and feel a lot snappier and quicker compared to the summer months. Going ~1-2psi over or under will not jeopardize the reliability of your kit as your ECU will adjust for the denser air. |
