I appreciate the advice but I don't believe I've come across unprofessional at all. I agree that Jordan has handled a very serious situation in an admirable way!

I apologize for maybe coming across too aggressive.
Gotcha. I thought ADV.1 was in Florida and you were saying Jordan just happened to be in the area let's go. lol Didn't know ADV.1 was a California based company.

Most of the sales and marketing and what not are in Miami. That's where Jordan is most of the time as well. I'm at the LA facility with the production guys! Most people don't hear about ADV.1 LA though.

From my fairly objective point of view I support a thread bump. The OP may have resolved his issues with ADV. However, MANY valid questions and issues raised in this thread have been completely unaddressed/unanswered. In particular my question about an actual degreed engineer overseeing any majority of ADV engineering, testing, certification, etc. The big question of their certification also remains.

Bump away!

exactly. prove the bullshit they claimed months ago and trolls like me will shut the fuck up. until then this shit is gonna get bumped and re-linked.
instead of asking why or what my agenda here in this tread, isn't there a more important question? like where is the FUCKING TUV CERTIFICATION THEY PROMISED?

like i said. waste of my fucking time to actually go there and see it for myself. What you gonna show me in person? TUV cert that u can't show online?

No offense but talking to a guy who owned a less than reputable wheel company only to sell it and open another wheel company doesn't lead to much credibility.

it should be a good idea to keep this thread up. people need to see what happens when you spend 6500-9000 on a set of wheels that are " TUV Approved ".

Those are probably ESMs or something. I highly doubt anyone would think BBS are shitty enough to use them as a grill.

Whoever made that picture is a fool, and to perpetuate it is even more ridiculous.

Doesn't get better than BBS. That's why they are on my M3 and my 7 series as well as my late S/C 330

That's what bothers me about all these wheel sellers. They don't stock anything. They just order stuff only after money is paid up front. When problems happen, the result will be poor customer service because there are no supplies on hand. What kind of stupid business model is that.
It's our fault for continuing to support these fly-by-nite dealers.

After 20-something years of buying aftermarket wheels, I decided 4 years ago to stop playing this game. Yes I have 3 piece forged wheels on my car but they were bought locally. When I need something, the guy has parts available to fix the wheel. I will no longer send my money to another state and have no power when problems arise. I learned my lessons and changed my way of enjoying nice wheels.
Also, I try to have another set of wheels laying around to change if needed.

This is really all about good customer service....or the lack there of.

That works for you because you're in Florida. The hypothetical guy from Iowa needs an outfit he can trust to do him right.
