Anyone else's M3 on the Don Pasquale?

I left my car in Nice near 2 weeks ago and was worried it would take a while to get from S France on to a ship - but the CA let me know my M was on the Don

Update: on bimmerfest I see there's some other Bimmers, 128i, 335d ... no M3's as yet

I picked up my Euro Delivery E92 on June 4th. Melbourne Red coupe pretty much loaded. I miss my car bad. Hopeful to have her at the dealer by July 15th.

The ED discount was like found money considering I was in Germany anyway for work, but the 7 week wait is a killer. Just praying at this point for no tropical activity around Brunswick around the 4th of July.

Yes, the wait is a killer. But good new, the "Don" is docked in Halifax, NS today - so already in NA

Yeh, the reinstated 7% ED disc paid for the villa we rented in S France

It looks like my M3 is also on this ship as my dealer told me expected to arrive in NJ on 7/2. I'm hoping it gets delivered to my dealer this weekend (in CT).

All I know is I spoke with my dealership a week ago, and he told me that my M3 has completed its build and is waiting to board the next ship. He also told me about a week ago that it may take 3-4 weeks until it comes in. That means it should most likely arrive in less than 3 weeks I assume.....Or earlier I hope..

Hey Nawaaz,

Why don't you just get your CA to tell you what ship you are on, you said you hope your car is on this ship. They can do a screen capture of the right information so you will know for sure and use the appropriate sites to check.

Mine is on the Turandot and is almost to the panama canal.

I thought about that, but I just want to be SHOCKED when my M3 comes in. I'm tempted to track it down, but deep inside me.....I just want to be surprised all of a sudden.

Have you logged into bmwusa.com?

(1) if your M's status update is "En route" then your car is being transported;

(2) contact your CA and get him/her to query their system - they will be able to tell you the name of the ship.

Yep, your car must be on the Don: you could be driving your M really soon

I got tempted and I emailed my dealer to see if it was on board or not. I'll see what he says.............

My sales guy just emailed me and said my M3 should hit the port the week of July 6th. After that, it will take a week to a week and a half until I finally see it. So that means mid-July at the latest for me.

I suspected yours would not be on the Don that quickly. Still, mid-July is good going. Good for you

Now if mine lands at NJ 07/02 and - fingers crossed - no damage so not more than 2-3 days at the Prep Center ... 2-3 days to get to Austin, maybe by mid-next week.

Hell, could conceivably have mine by Sat 11th July - which would be just inside a month of dropping off in Nice - that's much faster than I expected, I was steeling myself for early-mid Aug

Oh well. They can take their time on my car. It's better that it completes the entire process carefully. Still can't wait just like you man!
