AutoX setup w 285 30 18 kumho v710
Anyone tried a 285 30 18 kumho v710 square setup with TR motorsports 18 10 et25 and a stock suspension (except maybe camber plates?). I would really want to go with v710s instead of hoosiers / BF R1s / Hankook Ventus Z214

very good setup
Fyi - after a full season of autoXs and HPDEs I'm happy to report that the 285/30/18 on TR1s 18x10 all around w kumho v710 worked extremely well. The setup provided incredible grip and lasted the whole season. W stock suspension and 18mmm rear spacers I had no rubbing issues at all and was able to rotate tires to minimize wear. The car at the autoX was neutral and at the track very neutral!
I highly recommend it. |

Stefanoale, did you need the spacers? I'm about to buy this exact setup, 18x10 w/25mm offset and run the V710 at 285/30/18. Only 18mm spacers in rear? Front okay as is?

I'm thinking of running 255/35 and 285/30 (both 18") at an upcoming track day. I have them from another car, anything else is either 19 or 17. Too small diameter for M? Will I even notice?
They're ARC-8's 18x9.5/10.5 with Yok AD08s. Thanks

Can't imagine why you'd need spacers in the rear I'm using 315/30-18 Hoosier A6's on 9.5" wheels at stock offsets with no rubbing at stock ride height
