MDM retrofit, after NBT Evo Retrofit (e90/92)?

Hi all - has anyone that has an NBT retrofit on an E90/92 M3 managed to retain their MDM/M drive?

My E90 M3 was purchased with an NBT retrofit, but did not come with factory m drive. I have bought an m-drive equipped steering column switch assembly as well as coded in $2MD, but no mdrive options appear on the NBT, which I'm assuming is because the NBT needs to have it enabled.

Can anyone confirm its possible to have both MDM/M Drive (with working M Button) AND NBT?

Cheers
