The 20,000k's are pretty crazy blue, but I do like them. Not sure if you would have a problem with cops in Agoura and around here. But its all about what you like, and what makes you happy!

camera guys I need advice...

i want to buy this:
http://www.amazon.com/Canon-55-250mm...5842297&sr=8-1

used for $125

sound like a good deal?

I want a lens to take shots of things that are further away and this seems perfect (and relatively cheap) for a beginner like me

a step up to the 70-200mm is way too much $$

I have heard the ones with the electronic stabilization are not so good. and that you are actually better off getting a regular lens... Other than that I have no clue. But since you are a forum whore like the rest of us.

Check this one out...

That is not a good lens.

Back when I used Canon, the only lenses that I would use were L lenses.

Just got a call from the dealer about my car... They replaced a plug and an injector. They're going to do a cold start test in the AM and she'll be good to go.

In other news, I REALLLLLY want the new BMW performance Steering Wheel. [Jason, I know you have the current one - its cool - but the way the led's are inset looks like an afterthought.]

Are those buttons on the steering wheel to shift gears? That's awesome!

I'm not a big fan of alcantara (just because I'm afraid that it will get dirty too easily), but if it came in leather, I would love to have that wheel.

Not many places, no.

Royal Muffler in the valley is supposed to be very good, but I've heard that they're expensive. LTBMW does the job right, they're quick, and they're prices cannot be beat. It may be a little bit of a drive, but it's worth it.

I'm going on Friday to have some stuff done.
