i am in the valley. is 3m the only thing that holds the lip? do you need to drill holes and etc? i would be happy to have this on my car especially if you can help me with the install, assuming it won't fall off!

Nah it wont fall off its hold by oem screws and i can install it for u just buy a 3m tape and buy me a drink no not alcohol lol just soda is fine....
